MD..? Market Distribution.. satu department yang sesungguhnya aku tak tahu apa pun process flow nyer.. aku dah transfer ke dept nih Oct 1st lalu dan formally patut on Nov 1st.. but till now not yet received any transfer letter from HR dept.
Satu perkara sedeh berlaku dlm hidup aku after almost 3 years working at Pricing Department.. di mana 'mereka' dah perlukan aku lagi di Pricing Dept walaupun pada hakikatnya one person should be remain there. Aku tak tahu apa motif dorang tapi yang pastinya aku cukup sedeh.. aku tahu berita ni a day before cuti raya ago.. Inipun Kak Ella yang cerita.. dulu masa ura2 kata she have to transfer to local market to help local sales people, I knew that someone will have to go.. but later the story end there.. Then, the story began which is 'they' want to re-organised the department.. Not sure who will taking care my current and routine jobs here..
A day after starting back my work after raya, then Amir called me.. told me the real story that 'they' have been created.. I have to go, the other word says that I have to leave this company.. 'they' want to give me VSS and when Amir said he want to offer me to replace Leane position & jobs then I realised that this is not joking.. that tome I felt really bad sad.. just wonder how 'they' can treat peolple like this.. simply buang.. just wondered if Leane still here, then what will happened to myself..?
But now, life must go on.. and just enjoy what you have today.. no need to crack myhead with this nonsence people
And.. now
I am still learning and understanding my new responsibility, my new job @ this department, with my new team called Stock Management Team..
